SolidTrustPay: Impressive Support

Last week I opened up a new account with SolidTrustPay. But I was a little bit confuse with their signup form. So I decided to write them email asking a few question.
At first I thought it will take a few days for them to reply my email but the reality is, they answered my question less then 12 hours. After I get their reply, I manage to signup new account with them and decided to verify my account so I upload some documents they needed in order to verify my account.
I wasn’t sure if it was my mistake when I uploading the documents because it end up show blank image. This was informed by one of their support staff. So I reply their email together with new attachment so they will able to verify my account. Unfortunately I only submit 1 document so they email me back asking a few more documents and again I reply new email with the document required.
While I keep refreshed my email (just to check new email), it suddenly appeared that I got 1 new email and it’s from SolidTrustPay. You know what? My new account are now fully verified! And its take only 1 day for that!
The only thing I would like to comment here, they should make their email system to send two types of email. A text base and HTML base. For some reason, not all email system are HTML based.
