A lot of people asking why their withdrawal request at RelaxBusiness has not been processed until now. Some already request since last week but until now I am not sure who is getting paid. My withdrawal request (not a huge amount though) is still pending since last few days. Some monitors also put their status as ‘Waiting’ while some already show ‘Problem’

I am not very sure if the delay was due to the fact that they dropped e-gold as one of their payment processor. But if you already have an account with RB previously, you should already know that even if you make an investment using e-gold, you can make a withdrawal to other e-currency such as e-bullion and Pecunix.

Probably the delay was due to hacker that able to access their database and removed all the members information. This was posted on their news page as follow:

Yesterday hacker got into our database and deleted all user’s information. We had restored our database, but we might have lost some history and withdrawals. Please check if You are accounted right.

So what is really happen to RelaxBusiness now?

In last few days, they sent an email to all members that they will no longer using e-gold, and ask members to use e-bullion and Pecunix instead of using e-gold. The following email was a different story.

Due to severe DDoS attack we had a server crash which damaged our ticket system and some users history. Please reopen tickets and resend emails with your questions. All pecunix withdrawals will be refunded , please use e-bullion payment system for withdrawals.

So now they asking members to use e-bullion only. But because in the previous, we can withdraw to e-bullion even we used e-gold to invest, I don’t think that e-gold is the reason why they are now delay in processing withdrawal request but I do believed that they store quite huge amount in their e-gold account and because of e-gold blocking account, they are not able to take out the amount from their account.

I just read a moment ago at MMG that their number 9 account has been released together with a screenshot of the e-gold account showing a nice amount stored ;- $3,000,000+++

So if that is the real account (no fake editing image) then RB really makes money here! The image was capture nicely without showing the e-gold number. If they show the number, I am sure many will try to access that account lol.

Now what can we do?

Perhaps just waiting for couple days and let them settle with the DDOs and hacking problems. If this continues, I’m sure there will be more delay after this. Their support team also now posting in MMG and TalkGold so at least we hear something from them.

P/S: WTF if i owned that amount, probably I will take leave for months :p
