E-mail system not working

I was surprised today when I login to my mailbox and received no email at all. Usually some spam emails will reached my mailbox almost everyday. So I try to sent email out and it work perfectly. Now what is going on. I immediately go to Gmail and try to send email to myself. I then go back to my mailbox and refresh it but still nothing. So I check my Gmail and …. the mail bounced back to my Gmail account. So it is not working after the downtime a few hours back.
At this moment, none of email that point directly to admin [@] hotsurfs.com will reached my inbox. But at least the support ticket will still working just the email address has been changed so then I can still getting alert on the new tickets.
HS.com will then working on this situation to make it working as usual.
