Although a Level 1 Support person cannot access your account directly, they can answer basic questions and take a detailed message for any support issue, which will be passed along to a Level 2 Support Person for immediate attention during regular office hours.

Level 1 Support is also available during the regular business day if you are unable to reach Level 2 Support (example: the answering machine picks up your call and you\’d rather talk to a real person).

We now have new email notifications and enhanced customer details for Subscriptions. Members will receive email reminders when subscriptions are due, if they cancel a subscription or create a new one. Merchants will be notified when new subscribers join, cancel or do not have sufficient funds to pay for their subscription. Members can now see all the details of their subscriptions in their STPay back office.
