e-gold made some modification of their Account User Agreement

Modifications have been made to the e-gold Account User Agreement and the first I believed since the previous version of December 2003. This new modification has been made today, September 19th. When you login to your account, you will get a notice about this. I was login before to my account but I did not get this notice but when I login to my account a moment ago, it show this notice before you can go ahead to your account.
Here is some of the addition of the new e-gold Account User Agreement.
THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE AUTHENTIC ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEXT OF THE “E-GOLD ACCOUNT USER AGREEMENT” TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY OTHER AUTHENTIC LANGUAGE VERSIONS
and
THE ORIGINAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT MAY HAVE BEEN TRANSLATED INTO OTHER LANGUAGES. IN THE EVENT OF INCONSISTENCY OR DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION AND ANY OTHER LANGUAGE VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION SHALL PREVAIL.
