E-gold refuse to unblock my account

E-gold, the e-currency online payment system is refuse to unblock my account. Well, it is not my account but one of famous and well known person, who is active on TalkGold as well as running a monitoring site. Posted on TG here, he said he was sent the documents as needed by to verify the account but after 4 weeks, he got a reply from e-gold stating that the account will not be unblocked.
We have reviewed the documentations you provided to our office but after evaluating the e-gold account and the documents you provided we decided the blocks will not be lifted from your accounts under the Rights of Association clause in the account user agreement
This mean, if your e-gold account getting blocked and they ask your documents, it still will not make your account getting unblocked. Some yes and some might not.
Maybe Liberty Reserve is the best payment system now?
