WordPress 2.3 Release Candidate 1

WordPress just release it first candidate for the version 2.3 and is now available for download. The final release will be available on Monday, September 24th. Please keep in mind that the Release Candiate one is still consider as pre-release software, so always take backup before you upgrading your WordPress latest version.
