First of all, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that at the moment we are experiencing technical problems with receiving your deposits and processing withdrawal requests via e-bullion. We are working on fixing this problem. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Also we would very much appreciate that if you could refrain from sending us email concerning your inability to make deposits or pending withdrawal requests as we are fully aware of the problem and are doing our best to fix it asap.
