Please note that all HS.com staff are on leave for 1 week until Oct 20th, 2007. During the time, none of us have internet connection to approve any new listing as well as to update payment info. However, we will try our best to quickly approve any new listing and make the latest updates on payout information.

On the other hand, we are now take off e-gold from our payment processor option temporary due to fact that our advertising account, is currently under Value limit. This is the 2nd time we get this problem. We already contact e-gold regarding this matter. If our account is still block, we have no choice but to remove e-gold permanently from HotSURFs.com

Programs Updates, STPay now instant on HS.com

Previously posted that SolidTrustPay (STPay) was added on HotSURFs.com but unfortunately when we add the processor last time, I did not realize that it was not working instantly. Since then we working on this issue to fix the problem. I was informed earlier today that from now on, any site listing and ads purchasing using STPay will be added instantly. However, STPay required a minimum of $2.50 to transfer money between account. Also, there will be 1.50% + $0.25 fees apply when you using STPay. (more…)

SolidTrustPay Now Fully Work on HotSURFs.com

Previously, I posted here that SolidTrustPay (STPay) payment system had been added on HotSURFs.com where any ads and site listing can now be purchase using STPay payment system. However, since the addition, I noticed that it was give an error notice when I tried to purchase ads using it. HS.com however did not disable the payment option while trying to fix it. From now on, STPay can be used without any problem anymore. All ads and site listing purchased made by STPay will be added instantly to HS.com. If you find any error, please let us know immediately.

Email working back

Previously I posted here that HotSURFs.com mail was not working properly for incoming emails but working for outgoing mails. This has been fixed and from now on both incoming and outgoing emails will work properly. I was not sure why it did not work before. I hope after this, no more error will happen.

I had opened up an account with SolidTrustPay (STPay) previously but not using it until now. The reason that I did not using it because it take time to integrate the payment processor system with HS.com. Beside that, if not mistaken, they have a minimum of $2.50 transfer amount between 1 account to another. So because of this reason, it make us delay in implementing the payment system within HS.com.

V-Money added on HS.com

As for today, HS.com will accept payment using V-Money for both site listing and ads purchasing. However, we are still testing their new payment system. At the moment, as what we being told, both ads purchase and site listings paid using V-Money will be added instantly. However, we are not fully sure about this until real request made using the payment system.

E-mail system not working

I was surprised today when I login to my mailbox and received no email at all. Usually some spam emails will reached my mailbox almost everyday. So I try to sent email out and it work perfectly. Now what is going on. I immediately go to Gmail and try to send email to myself. I then go back to my mailbox and refresh it but still nothing. So I check my Gmail and …. the mail bounced back to my Gmail account. So it is not working after the downtime a few hours back. (more…)
