This is a personal email from Marc and Stella, to you, our valued members. It has serious implications for a small percentage of you. It is, however, going out to our main membership to ensure it reaches all appropriate parties.

As many of you know, we have been harassed and attacked by individuals in Indonesia, Hungary and elsewhere. DDoS attackes and phishing emails leveled at us, lies, slander and accusations thrown around in forums. Yesterday we received a blackmail letter demanding $10,000 in EGold. (see partial copy below). We have NO intention whatsoever of giving in to this individual’s demands. He has even used our personal names in phishing e-mail attempts from a fake gmail account supposedly from SolidTrust. We reported this to Gmail weeks ago, but received no response. He has had his gold currency accounts blocked, only to create new ones.

I received an information regarding Canada based payment processor, SolidTrustPay (STPay) is currently under DDOS attact. Because of this reason, many sites mainly autosurf programs are unable to process payout.

Here is the copy of an email from STPay:

Yesterday, at 2:00pm EST the STPay site began to experience an unusual slow down Our tech team thought it was a server issue, so began to check resources and do updates. We re-installed and upgraded the main server areas, but the issue continued. At 3:00am EST our webhost determined that a massive DDOS attack was suspected and preventative measures brought to full readiness. At 2:00pm EST today the largest DDOS attack that our webhost (RackForce) has ever seen was launched against SolidTrust Pay. It began in Indonesia but is now centred out of Bucharest, Hungary. Via various proxy servers, attacks are coming from other areas most likely by a large network of interconnected computers. Our webhost has blocked all access to the site until the attack can be stopped. The attack is so huge that it has affected the Shaw cable main trunk line (an ISP provider serving all of Western Canada).

As soon as we have determined that the attacks are completely blocked, we will open up access to the site again. We are working around the clock with RackForce and Shaw Cable to bring this attack to an end. ALL member accounts are completely safe. We ask for your patience and understanding while we deal with this onslaught of hatred against us. All major companies come under such attacks….we have been fortunate in avoiding a DDOS thus far and this one will be severely dealt with.

Any merchants needing assistance or any members with questions are welcome to use the following email addresses for communication. We do ask that only truly necessary emails be sent. You are also welcome to pass this message along.

I just tried to access my STPay account but still not able to login into it. The worst case is my IP was blocked after it show that i had entered wrong username/password. Well I believed I did not change my password at all. Previously it also happen and show exactly like this and after I request “lost password”, I was able to enter my account but unfortunately, it again show that I needed to contact them because of their recent security upgrade. So then I emailed them and provide my IP address as requested but then I did not get any replied.

So I decided once again to login into my account with the “lost password” they sent me earlier. Surprisingly, it was not correct and this time my access to the site was blocked. So then I quickly contact them and shortly I received a reply as followed:

Thank you for your email and we know that you are concerned regarding your SolidTrust Pay account.

Our programmer has isolated the problem and is rebuilding all the database passwords. This will take some time and you may find yourself “not listed” while the rebuild is being done. We expect everything to be completed within 6 hours.

When completed, everyone should be able to login using the login passwords they had previously. If you receive a Blocked IP message, please copy the IP address that shows on the Blocked Access screen, and we’ll remove the block as fast as we can. If you are unsure of your password, just click on the Forgot Password link and it will be emailed to your registered email address.

If you do not receive your email with your info, just send us a support ticket through the Contact Link found at the bottom of any SolidTrust Pay page. We will look up your info and send it to you.

We will do our best to answer emails and keep everyone informed.

Your continued support is much appreciated.

SolidTrust Pay Customer Support Department

Well, I hope it will getting better soon!

SolidTrustPay, a Canadian based Payment Processors, recently had upgrade their security system. For this reason, when you tried to login to your account, it might not work properly and most of time will show that you are needed to contact them. This security upgrade also I believed is needed as STPay is now widely accepted in autosurf business. But because of the matter as well, many programs admin are not able to access their account and needed to keep contact STPay because they are able to login to the account.

I had received a lot of emails from programs admin and most of them are related to STPay system. Here are some of them.

Attractive-Ads:

Just a quick update. Yesterday I couldn’t access my STP account due to new security upgrade on STP site. I just contacted and provided my IP address to Marc (STP’s IT Support) for this. I will pay STP pending cashout as soon as I am able to login to my account.

17SurfPro:

SolidTrustPay recently introduced new security which is always a good thing, however I have received a few emails from members saying that they are unable to login to STP at the moment. I know this to be the case because my account has just been locked as well! I am sure that the problem will be fixed very soon but it does mean that ALL payments could be delayed until my account is opened again. Hopefully it will be fixed as soon as Stella and Marc at STP start work in a few hours time. I say ALL payments because most of my funds this morning are in STP and I was planning to transfer some of the STP funds morning to eGold and AlertPay. Please be patient, I am confident that it will be fixed soon.

Executive-Ads:

I am unable to access my STP account due to IP problems. I believe some other members have been going through this as well. I have a support ticket into STP begging that this be corrected as quickly as possible so I may make payments to my members. All AlertPay payments have been made and I am just awaiting a response from STP so I may begin STP payments. Sorry for the delay and please pass this message around for me if you could.
