vB 3.7 Beta 2 is Coming »

vBulletin.com yesterday announced that they are intend to release vBulletin 3.7.0 Beta 2 into the Members’ Area for download during UK business hours this coming Monday (December 17th).

Please note that Monday’s release will be a beta version and all the usual caveats apply. There will be no additional support documentation and anyone who upgrades their live forum to run on beta code will do so at their own risk. If you are not prepared to apply updates on a regular basis or are expecting the whole system to function flawlessly, you would likely be better served waiting for the final, ‘gold’ or ’stable’ release of 3.7.0 when it comes.

HYIP Investors May Face Money Laundering Charges »

Gareth Manning from the Jamaican Gleaner is reporting information from an interview with attorney-at-law and University of the West Indies lecturer, Shirley-Ann Eaton.

HYIP ‘investors’ now stand to lose big as government laws and regulations change to target HYIPs and online ‘investments’. Gareth Manning did a recent interview with Shirley-Ann Eaton who is a former secretary of the Jamaica Bankers’ Association. Eaton says that money ‘invested’ with these type of schemes (A3union was included) CANNOT be returned by the court system in Jamaica. She points out, this is because the law does not cover schemes offering excessive interest on money loaned. The recovery provision only covers vehicles that carry a rate of 40% or less per year. The ridiculously high rates like 133% in 30 days is NOT covered by Jamaican law. Read the rest »

STPay back on track »

I forgot to inform that SolidTrustPay (STPay) is now working perfectly. For those who are not able to access their account previously, you may try to login into your account now.

SolidTrustPay Updates »

I just tried to access my STPay account but still not able to login into it. The worst case is my IP was blocked after it show that i had entered wrong username/password. Well I believed I did not change my password at all. Previously it also happen and show exactly like this and after I request “lost password”, I was able to enter my account but unfortunately, it again show that I needed to contact them because of their recent security upgrade. So then I emailed them and provide my IP address as requested but then I did not get any replied.

So I decided once again to login into my account with the “lost password” they sent me earlier. Surprisingly, it was not correct and this time my access to the site was blocked. So then I quickly contact them and shortly I received a reply as followed:

Thank you for your email and we know that you are concerned regarding your SolidTrust Pay account.

Our programmer has isolated the problem and is rebuilding all the database passwords. This will take some time and you may find yourself “not listed” while the rebuild is being done. We expect everything to be completed within 6 hours.

When completed, everyone should be able to login using the login passwords they had previously. If you receive a Blocked IP message, please copy the IP address that shows on the Blocked Access screen, and we’ll remove the block as fast as we can.  If you are unsure of your password, just click on the Forgot Password link and it will be emailed to your registered email address.

If you do not receive your email with your info, just send us a support ticket through the Contact Link found at the bottom of any SolidTrust Pay page.  We will look up your info and send it to you.

We will do our best to answer emails and keep everyone informed.

Your continued support is much appreciated.

Well, I hope it will getting better soon!
